October 02-03, 2023 we held a 2-day conference from the Yandex Advertising for advertising agencies from all over the country. For two days the Quattro Space in the center of Moscow turned into a cozy apartment-style space, which helped us create a perfect atmosphere for networking.

Guests of the event found themselves in a cozy space — a Yandex apartment, consisting of several zones — «rooms», each of them presented a separate activation.

In the entrance, stylized as the lobby of a house, guests were greeted by a «concierge», who gave everyone the keys to their own mailbox with nice gifts and an invitation to business-dating.

Networking sessions were held in the «cabinet», a lounge with relaxing video content awaited guests in the «bedroom», the main conference program from famous speakers was held in the «lecture hall», and in the «living room» participants were treated to refreshments and, in the evenings, there was music: performances from Lovanda cover band and pleasant DJ-sets.

Over the 2 days of the conference, more than 600 guests got to know each other in an informal atmosphere, received useful knowledges and ideas for future advertising campaigns.
